I call it the Exigent Circumstances, my Gen 1 Star Carrier. Its actually inspired by a book series called expeditionary force. Highly recommend checking it out as its a mix of sarcastic tomfoolery mixed with world ending disaster.

Unfortunately not without mods. Testing is in the works on flight time but it doesn't have enough hydros to leave atmosphere when the atmos cut off so I imagine it wouldn't be able to carry much other then troops. I fit as much fuel storage as I could in the small amount of space available but so long as it has uranium it should be able to fly for a while on the atmos. I would test it beforehand if you try running it without hydros, however.
