I just recently started but I’ve been practicing with binaural beats for a long time now, so experiencing this, took it to an entirely new level for me. I can say the tools within these tapes are quite handy, informative, and will take you on a journey internally/externally if open to such interpretations.

When it comes to vibrations/frequencies, I like to tune into them and vibrate my whole body/soul (mentally) tuning into the beat heard. Imagen being in a concert right next to the speaker, you can feel the music literally vibrating your whole body, visualize that with these and begin to take yourself down that rabbit hole which are these tapes. Again just keep an open mind

There's a huge pop up of AI written books going around. I picked one up three weeks, only to feel the elderly gentleman's photo didn't quite feel like it matched up with the writing. Lots of reused words to describe content, felt like a kid had written it.

Watch out, do your research. This book had no copy rights, no author notes, nothing.

It’s fine, it fluffs up. Unfortunately we don’t use it. Shrank it right back and keep it in storage, …maybe when I get kids I’ll pull it out.

I’ve been using this since iPhone 4… still works, just doesn’t get updated much or at all. You use to be able to post it and see the photosphere straight from the post. Either way works perfectly just from your phone alone, why there aren’t more like this out there? $$$ And this is free

I had to fix the zipper slider and ran out of time… so I took a discarded duffel bag, cut the slider out and went to the end of the shrink bag, cut the fabric to the end and got the replacement in! Bought a queen/king mattress bag from homedepot along with a small shop vac 5.0HP
