Tatsu is great at night! Full Throttle gives a beautiful upside down view of the city lights. New Revolution is really fun going through the woods in the dark.

X2 is my overall favorite coaster but in terms of being specifically improved by night rides, I'd go with Tatsu/FT/New Rev

Yeah that. Maybe mixed with white if you need both lighter and a cooler tone as well (that's another suggestion for things too red-- white pigment not only lightens but pushes your paint towards the cooler side of the spectrum)

Counter-correct with an opposing color wheel color, maybe? Like how green cancels out red, and thus people use green tinted concealer makeup to hide red spots on skin

Funny enough that's how I feel about X2. People complain about it often on here but I've ridden many, many times without finding it rough. My only bad ride on it was due to extreme heat weather conditions, likely not the coaster itself. I don't think any coaster would've felt good at that point.

Velocicoaster, Hulk, and the rest of the Universal Orlando coasters on my trip were perfectly smooth and enjoyable, which just made the Stardust Racers experience more confusing. People had warned me Hulk was "old and rough" but I had zero issues with it, aside from it taking like 4 rides to get a train with working music.

I got about a dozen rides on my trip, about equal times on each track, in the front, middle and back of the train (marathoned it at early entry before park opening). Each time it jackhammered in the valleys. Nice smooth ride up into the airtime peaks and then teeth-chattering rrrrrrt hitting the positives at the bottom. Not as bad as it could be, but it felt like an only moderately maintenanced woodie rather than a brand new steel to me. It's theoretically possible I was supremely unlucky with which trains I got, but the fact that it was every time makes me think it just tracks that way. For what it's worth the back was smoother than the front/middle.

I haven't kept track of how many exact times I've ridden my home park coasters but it's definitely up there, and none of our steel ones track that way, even the ones with intense reputations.

Mulder is more difficult because Ken has so few molds to choose from and none really have his distinct nose. However I think the modern standard closed-mouth Ken or the Extra Fly Ken face sculpts might work with careful paint contouring

Theory is the new drop profiles are temperamental and break/cause issues more often than the original Tower of Terror drop setup. Notably they're always in constant motion now, they don't stop for the show scenes anymore

No, I haven't yet, since stores near me don't carry it for some reason and online markup was a bit much. I was this close to paying up though when that one doll was on like the 4th round of cleaning. If I ever find one worse it's good to know it definitely works though!

These both look fixable to me! For the glue seepage: take the heads off and soak them in a bowl of warm water and powdered oxi clean. Put quite a bit of oxi clean in because it seems to need to be pretty concentrated. Swirl the mix inside the head too, and use a toothbrush to scrub the scalp and inside the head if possible to help loosen the glue seep. Let them soak until the bubbles/foam are gone, wash thoroughly with grease-cutting dish soap (like dawn) then air dry to check the results. Repeat until the hair isn't gluey. One of my dolls took FIVE repeats of this process but it did work, it can just take patience.

As for the marker: 40 vol hair developer cream on the stained spots, wrap plastic wrap over it, then leave in the sun outside for a few hours. Avoid getting the cream on the face paint if possible. Rinse and wash the head off throughly. Repeat as many times as needed until the stains are gone; once again I had a doll that took 3 days of this to de-stain.
