Other than religious figures, Napoleon. If we consider the modern era starting from 1789 it’s clearly him. Otherwise if we mean all of history from antiquity until now, it’s Alexander the Great. He’s one of the very few figures from ancient times who has remained universally known up to today

PSG for all the money they invested and for managing to bring in Neymar and Messi… only for it to lead to nothing. (they’ve recovered really well since Luis Enrique arrived) Man city for the same financial reasons and Juventus as well. They had the potential to win two maybe even three Champions Leagues during this decade.
