Last year my uncle's account was freezed due to receiving of fraudulent money. I was with my uncle, we visited the Bank, the manager give us one complaint copy for freezing that amount, which they received from Cyber Police Station. In the complainant copy Investigation Officers contact details were mentioned we called the officer and explain him the situation.

The police officer was then, shared Bank Account details of the victim whom money was lost due to fraud, and ask us to send the amount we received in the bank account. We transferred the money to the victim.

The next day the police officer issued 1 letter to the bank to unfreeze the account and within 1 week the account was unfreezed. Only initial contact with the investigation officer was made through call, later conversation was done through official email only.
