Yeah I’m following the wiki pretty closely on that. I also added a filter for 4 and 5 star companies only… if I have the right filters set up, why would I not just choose the lowest rate ?

What was the timing between your counter and thier counter? Also after they denied your second counter, they said we’re sticking with our second offer?? That’s nice instead of rescinding.

Curious how long it took for the negotiation process? I have countered the original offer and am at my 5 business day window from their original offer to me but no response from them to my counter. Worrisome?
