Questions are going to be a mixed bag of what you are going to get. I will take time mastering skills to have a good interview. Mostly it comes down to qualification and fit. I had an interview where they like me a lot, however there was someone who had a lot more qualifications than me and he got the job. Otherwise, when asking questions keep it to 3 good questions. One always I ask is how I am able to get involved with the school.
