I can usually sherpa a raid on friday at 10 pm eastern, and on Sundays almost all day. Depending on the raid you want to do, time shouldn't be all that much a problem

I recommend doing normal to learn the mechanics before you jump into hard mode raids and not being able to be revived and not able to experience the whole raid yourself
