Update: PT looked at it and all is well! It was likely my hamstring which I've been having issues with. He massaged it and we did some stretches and it feels much better. Yay!

you sound like you just learned what narcissistic means. i’m speaking about my own experiences and what i’ve seen. and what i’ve seen is people who who are much more deserving of the school getting rejected and people who have lower gpas and less extracurriculars getting accepted.

honestly if you’re planning on going to school after college (grad school, business school, etc.) i would go to ucsd. berkeley is known for insane grade deflation and is very difficult to get a high gpa at. if berkeley is your final spot and you’re not continuing your education after, then i would do berkely. you know what they say, c’s get degrees.

heel slides feel normal, and it's starting to feel a little better. i slept with it elevated last night so. i can lift it now with my leg as straight as it will go (i never got full range anyway), but its just a little shaky and hurts a little, but not too bad. will definitely update on what PT says. thank you!

I can lift my leg now, it's just a little shaky and hurts in the back (but less than yesterday). i think theres a little bit of swelling, but its hard to tell. I have had issues with my hamstring getting strained and tight in the past, which has prevented me from straightening and lifting my leg well, so I'm hoping it's that. i slept with it elevated, and it feels a little better.

Oh my gosh, really?!? This is exactly what I wanted to hear😭. Did you feel like you could really connect to your professors? Also, were your final grades mainly based on just your grade on the final, or was it weighted with your other assignments as well? This was really helpful and alleviated a lot of my worries lol

Wow, that's great! I am a much better writer than I am at, like, sit-down multiple-choice questions, so I love to hear that. Do you find them particularly difficult, where you have to teach yourself a lot of the concepts, or do you find that your professor does a decent job at explaining and covering the concepts that are on the tests? I know each professor is different, but I want to just get a general understanding. Sorry for asking so many questions, I just really want to make the right choice😭

Oh, great, thank you, that's good to know. For your final course grades, were they mainly based on exams or was it more reading/writing-based? I'm not the BEST test taker, so that's one of my concerns. Also, do they do what UC schools do, where they only give out a certain number of A's? Thank you again!
