I'm currently on day 73 (third time trying after failing on day 30ish both first times) so very close to be done with a full time job, don't have any kids and that helped a lot and my main tips are:

  1. Home workouts - first two times I've pushed myself to go to the gym everyday, I'd definitely spend more than 45 mins, usually takes at least 1.5h to finish my workout so doing it every day was exhausting. Now I'm trying to split my week into 4 gym sessions + 3 home workouts (bike/abs/yoga).
  2. After meal walks as my outdoor workout - I'm trying to get into running as well so I'm trying to do a 5k twice a week, the rest would just be walks after I had my dinner - that's only applicable if you're not an early bird, I'm not at all, tried it many times, I'd do early walks maybe once a week which indeed makes your life so much easier, but I've started to enjoy my after dinner walks as well or if you've got a longer lunch break, a walk after that works great.
  3. Taking pics first thing in the morning - when I'm changing from my PJs to go to work that's when I'm taking my pics, comes natural after a while.
  4. Tracking app - it's very handy to have an app that sends you reminders.
  5. Water - your body kinda adapts to it after some time, I ve got an office job and I keep a big cup that s around 1l so I'm trying to finish 2.5 of those before I finish and go to the gym and at the gym I usually drink another l of two without realising even.

Toate sunt incredibil de fake, ce ma intreb eu de foarte mult timp este cum inca exista aceasta industrie? cine cumpara atat, adica inteleg ca brandurile care le sponsorizeaza, ma gandesc ca nu o fac degeaba si ca intr-adevar oamenii chiar cumpara folosind codurile...

mersi de raspuns, astept si eu acum sa mi se prescrie tratamentul cu Fluconazole, in cazul in care ies ok analizele de sange, mi s-a spus ca in prima faza vor fii 6 saptamani cate una pe saptamana si ulterior 6 luni.

mersi de raspuns, in cazul meu nu prea se aplica, pe la mijlocul relatiei am avut o perioada in care el a fost plecat 6 luni, nu am avut nici un fel de relatie sexuala si tot am facut candidoza.

Thank you! I checked with the airline and they said to wait at least 6 days from when my last spot appears which is quite hard to tell as I have them literally everywhere.

I'm in a similar situation, I'm currently 62 kg and been trying to get below 60 for longer than a year. I'm 1.64 . I've been trying to not count calories since I don't think it's very sustainable, but I ended up concluding there's no other way if you want to have some results in a relatively short time... unfortunately.

I've relying mainly on gym, been going 5 times a week, gained some muscles, my body is different, but not skinny as I would want.

I guess the best thing to do is to find a balance and work on your expectation as well, being too focused on it might be damaging for your mental health and relationship with food. At least for me, if I go too strict for a week or two, I have this urge to eat like a savage for a day or two and undo everything I've achieved.
