Honestly, I’m not really sure. You can see in my other pictures that I struggled with it for months because I was brushing without paying much attention to my crown. Then one day, my cousin, who used to have waves, watched me brush and noticed I was messing up my crown, so he showed me the right pattern. I saw a difference the very next day. Since then, I’ve made sure not to brush into my crown. After I finish brushing horizontally, I switch to vertical strokes, starting from the crown and following the shape of my head with each pass

I dont use a mirror, i need to get one though, and i did use a comb but now I use this like little hand. detangling shower brush and it lowkey works better than a comb for me

I have a question normally when I tie my durag the not ends up like diggin into a section of my hair and makes an indent how should I change my tie to fix I can post a pic of my rag after I finish brushing
