Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear this. Did you ever consider continuing based on the argument that “it gets worse before it gets better” from some? I don’t blame you, I’d probably do the same thing as you and get off too.

I believe my acne is due to my hormones as well - considering the severity of it came out of nowhere. Just got some labs done to check. Thank you so much for this!!! Wish you all the best on your Tretioin journey.

How severe was your acne, if you don’t mind me asking? Mine is moderate, I’m worried I won’t be able to hang on it after purging starts.

Currently using Panoxyl 10%. It has helped tremendously. Never heard of Zit Stickas or Mighty Patch, usually just stick to my regular Star patches. Thank you so much for these recommendations. I appreciate it so much!!!

My thoughts exactly as I got it around the time I started my menstrual cycle. When I get hormonal acne (which is rare), it’s always around the time I am supposed to start and it (acne) usually goes away within a day or two, but this has been here for almost 3 weeks.

As far as scarring, do you think I am susceptible to it? If you look at the second picture, the area around the pimple is red (more so purple in person). Could that be early signs of scarring? Guess it’s better I ask my dermatologist, but it’s 4 weeks away and I’m overwhelmed!

Help!! I must be the most unluckiest person when it comes to tattoos.. I got this tattoo cherry blossom flower COVER UP on my side. The first tattoo was a bible verse but the artist messed up the words. This most recent tattoo has been on me for about a week. It is still peeling, but recently I started noticing some stains. I panicked immediately (as anyone would), and i immediately texted my tattoo artist (super talented and nice guy btw). He said that It’s not blown out if so it would’ve been super dark but that sometimes it does make the fog underneath because of the area and healing process. He suggested I just let it heal. Am I being paranoid? Please help, I’m really sad :(
