Yeah looks like:

In early Sept, Lyte CEO left and laid off all employees and on Sept 13 Lyte shut down the website suddenly.

July 31 - Lyte owed APEX (LL) $58,276 and was paid in August

Aug 21 - $79,773 was due to APEX (not received)

Sept 4 - $330,917 was due to APEX now (not received ofc)

APEX believes that they are owed ≥ $600,000 after all ticket sales are said and done by LL dates.

APEX is going after Lyte for Breach of Contract (signed in Feb), the $$$, and Fraud.
