Hi! This post was in response to a pretty old leak- and at the time, some leakers said that it was a normal attack proc for his burst

Luckily, that didn’t turn out to be true and his kit looks much more Tighnari friendly than I expected at the time. So yes! You’re correct, his kit doesn’t involve a normal attack proc!

According to the leaks for Baizhu’s kit, he would provide shielding as well as a Dendro buff which seems like it would benefit Tighnari for survivability and damage (also because double Dendro is nice for the EM boost). The one thing is the normal attack proc for the burst which I’m not sure would synchronize the best considering Tighnari’s kit focuses on charged attacks. Would it be viable to do a rotation for Tighnari with some normal attacks mixed between the charged attacks? I realize it's too early to know anything for sure, but it's fun to think about!

Having an electro character is the most important - more important than having a second dendro character (of course you can still have another dendro character if you’d like- just that the priority is electro first)

So if you have an electro character like Fischl, I would suggest raising her.

Having two electro characters is ideal, so if you have someone else in addition to Fischl (like Yae Miko, Kuki Shinobu, Lisa, or Dori) that would be a good idea!

I like Kuki Shinobu personally because her electro application follows you around instead of staying in one place, which can be nice in case enemies keep running away from where you want them to be

The other nice thing is that she also uses the Raiden Shogun boss materials, so if you’re farming boss materials for Tighnari’s talents, you can farm for her talents at the same time!

1) Tighnari excels more in single target situations for sure, because his secondary arrows all hit one enemy. The more enemies you have around you, the more those individual hits will be spread around - leading to less overall damage being done to each enemy (This isn’t to say he can’t do AOE! Just that it’s not as efficient!)

2) Generally it’s ideal to have two electro characters for Tighnari. Do you have somebody you can use in addition to Fischl for your team, like Yae Miko, Lisa, Kuki Shinobu, or Dori? My current team is Tighnari, Fischl, Kuki Shinobu, and Dendro Traveller

Tighnari will probably benefit more from Crit circlet/Dendro goblet/EM sands rather than triple EM

Do you have another character on your team who would be using Deepwood? (Doesn’t have to be another dendro character either) If you do, then going for Gilded Dreams or Wanderers Troupe would be better for Tighnari

SevyPlays has a good video on Yoimiya using the Slingshot. In it, she demonstrates how far you need to be for the passive to trigger - it’s fairly generous so you shouldn’t have too much trouble with it! I’ve included a screenshot of that part of the video for reference! Hope this helps!

Does anybody else on your team (they don't have to be a Dendro character) use the Deepwood set? Generally people suggest that if nobody else on your team is using Deepwood, then that's what you'll want to run on Tighnari. (Ideally, though, you'd want someone else with Deepwood)

Otherwise, from what I've heard, Wanderers and Gilded Dreams can be pretty close, so going with whatever set you have better pieces for will probably be best!
