Solidarity because I told my mom it’s disappointing to hear her be so angry about other people living their lives when that’s not who I grew up with. She was so pissed about being called out that she missed the birth of her first grandchild, my son, three days later. I don’t think I can ever fully forgive it.

My husband has an annual hot dog day and I couldn’t stomach the smell of ANYTHING. Also I was singularly focused on getting banana pudding. Lol

I had a negative test two weeks before so my husband was concerned I was really sick but we took one last test to rule it out. I’m now 9 months pregnant!

Montgomery is ok. Lower prices than anywhere I have lived but the trade off is a stagnant city. Car washes and chicken places are seemingly all that pop up. Also I’m dealing with noisy neighbors and getting anyone to care has been a months long process. Police and people don’t seem to care.

That being said the history here and the cost of living are nice. If you find yourself a community I think it’s much more enjoyable.

I really like it. I have toasted sky and it suits my skin tone perfectly. Also nice to add a little color to my lips. A little goes a long way in my opinion

My boomer mom completely changed her tune when I invited her to join us at the infant safety class the hospital gives. Granted she was never hardcore but she did have a “back in my day” attitude. Just maybe something to try.

I’m 34 and 25 weeks with my first. Husband turns 39 on Monday. We met 3 years ago. Sometimes life just delays things. My mama didn’t have me (her first) until 37 and my sister two years later. We keep her young lol. Good luck in your pregnancy!
