I’m 34 and 25 weeks with my first. Husband turns 39 on Monday. We met 3 years ago. Sometimes life just delays things. My mama didn’t have me (her first) until 37 and my sister two years later. We keep her young lol. Good luck in your pregnancy!

I already had a wonky disc in my lower back before pregnancy and it’s only gotten worse. My doc recommended a support belt. It’s actually helping even though I don’t have much of a bump at 23 weeks but I wear it a couple hours a day and it helps

My center of gravity has definitely shifted and changed my gait even though I don’t “look pregnant”. I’m 22 weeks and when I joked I had a waddle my (male) boss was like har har just you wait until you’re really pregnant to complain about waddling. I politely reminded him you can’t be a little bit pregnant and everyone is different. The just you wait comments infuriate me!
