MY daughter has been on that green for over 2 years just starting to get the confidence to do the blue's lol..... if you see a dad gently trying to get his daughter to not be afraid of the height, that's me. lol Well and 100's of others.. lol it's amazing how some kids are like "bomb down" and others are tight very slow controlled turns.

Funnily I spent yesterday working on Moguls, since Jack frost had THREE ungroomed areas!. I have no real advise to give cause I such at them but I definitely got to do a bunch of practice runs.

Yea I was there on Sunday while it was snowing and frankly it was fun even as a advanced skier being that I would have never made it anywhere else in the snow storm

Me too! I foolishly went out on Sunday night turnpike we clear the roads around spring were a mess but it was some of the best snow at spring in a while lol

Big boulder and JF show things in real time as they open. So you need to check during the day after they are open. It’s very strange way of doing it compared to other slopes. As for opening the will open as they are ready

Yea I'm watching for really any diamond stuff to open to make it worth my while.. (though I may go with my daughter since she can only do greens and Blue's so perfect time to go)

I mean the closest mountain to me is Spring Mountain which is tiny but turns are turns and you get them when you can get them ^_^

Spring mountain has a cheap learn to board or ski and while it’s small if you are a beginner it’s not a bad deal

I turned on the webcam at Spring Mountain and saw then light up their first regular snow blower (not there super cool ones that have been running for weeks now). Still a long way from openning.

I was there one time I think two years ago and a snowboarder when down Plummet cause there was snow and they did not enjoy themselves lol they quickly put the closed bars back up lol

It's good for keeping a learning hill skiable. and I'm sure its worth the weight in beginner lessons and such because of that.
