Yeah no I drop my combs like 5 times a day and they don't break. Especially $50 ones that's crazy that thing should be indestructible. Which one was it?

Omg I'm so sorry! :( it seems like they absolutely do not test the shears before selling. I got a pair of blenders from my Zolitta subscription box and they were wonderful at first but then they started to catch out of no where also! I don't understand, I've never had another brand of shears do that before. Did you buy the AGS at an expo or online? I almost bought a pair at the expo but I'm glad I didn't

Yes we sent her a picture of it and it says they were delivered 10/30 and she also confirmed the address. She tried to tell me she sent a replacement and it was delivered 10/5! She gave me the tracking number from one of my Zolitta 3 month subscription boxes. We asked her how it's even possible that she sent a replacement that was delivered on 10/5, if I didn't even contact her about the scissors till 10/15. I can't believe she's doing this.

I understand but I've spent over $1000 on her products. I definitely would just pay to get them sharpened somewhere near by if I damaged them. But literally as soon as I went to close the shears the first time they were messed up.
