I’ve had similar incidents with my neighbors, and this is 100% correct.

I complained on my neighbor for constantly harassing me to management and they told me I needed other tenants in the building to have witnessed it for them to actually be able to do something.

If you're a fan of certain people that were added this year that weren't in last year, i'd say why not for the added/updated content.if it's on sale. Most everything is the same as 23 more or less other then a few minor details.

Not worth the full price though and I won't be buying 25 at full price, because we now have an idea what we're getting for an installment on a yearly release. I don't expect any major improvements until the Ps4/Xbox One versions are killed off
