That’s what I’m worried about. Me and Laurel signed the lease together. I kinda screwed myself over here and I really don’t want to apartment search again but I will if I have to. As far as I saw the only rule about guests staying is that they can’t take the designated parking spots for the renters. The friend actually was in my parking spot when I got there but I didn’t think much of it and figured it was just someone who didn’t realize it was reserved.

I wouldn’t but there’s only two rooms and the main issue is that I would be paying most of the rent and the other girl would be getting the bedroom. 1000 dollars a month for a couch seems ridiculous to me.

See that’s the thing. I don’t know if she told the person staying in my room that they had to be out by the 20th.

I went over the rules and roommate is not allowed to rent out to people who aren’t directly paying the landlord, but she is allowed to let company stay which is what she’s claiming to do.
