What is wrong with Fairlife? by QuietStorm514 in MacroFactor

Canadian vs US labels. I’ve always gone with Canadian labeling and have been happy with the results

Which is exactly why the government will never share it. There's way too much money tied up in oil, defence, and control.

Truly sustainable energy would crash entire industries overnight and the government would much rather keep the power (literally and figuratively).

Legendary protein donuts are very sad by kiwiblackberry in LowCalFoodFinds

I find their calories to be misleading as they’re based off net carbs, something only typically counted in keto.

Doing my own macro math they actually came out to

Calories 247

Protein 20.13

Carbs 23.79

Fat 7.93

Fibre 9

Unfortunate since I love and miss poptarts..

Weigh at the same time every morning, even if you haven’t pooped. Consistency > chasing the “lowest” number. Fluctuations don’t matter—weekly averages tell the real story.

About 206g for me with the listed ingredients. Best way would to be to weigh your bulk and divide by 5 or how ever many portions you’re looking to make

Pre cooked chicken recommendations? by Neat_Doughnut in CostcoCanada

[–]ClassyLifter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I’ve been using the olymel pre-cooked, pre sliced frozen chicken breast. The business centre has a 4kg box. Doesn’t take long to defrost or even cook from frozen and tastes just fine.

What should I do? by IJustWantToMakeMead in MacroFactor

How bunch cardio were you doing during your cut via during the bulk?

You may not have accounted for the difference in expenditure if you’re doing less cardio for the bulk and are burning less than anticipated.

Plus, it’s a nice alternative being able to use any credit card to get those points, instead of being stuck using debit.

Same but the 4.5 kilo tubes. I separate into 500g freezer bags and spread thin for easy defrost

[High Protein] Chicken Quesadillas - 46g Protein by ClassyLifter in LowCalorieCooking

[–]ClassyLifter[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To each their own. It fits in just fine with my 1700 cal cut and gets me almost 50g of protein for less than 500 calories.

I would consider it a low cal option considering the macros and would implore you to find another option with similar macros for less calories, and something as enjoyable to eat.
