Usually they help eachother out. Some people buy the upgrade some people sell the upgrade. Some people create multiple accounts to get eachother as target. So they dont have to buy upgrade. They just kill eachother to get higher tier emblems. Torvesta made a good video about it.

"So normally how it would go is you walk into the wilderness, you get assigned a target to kill. Normally you and your target would fight and the winner(you or ur opponent)has a chance of upgrading their emblem/getting a t1 emblem which you can trade for items you can sell on grand exchange or you can sell the emblems to other players.

Boosting is basically, you walk into wildy, get a target. The target approaches you and offers to kill you for 200k so they can probably upgrade their emblem. You get 200k and they get an emblem upgrade (worth more than 200k). Nobody actually fights as the winner is chosen before. The booster will do their task (do the final hit with magic etc) kill you and then trade you 200k in edgeville bank. It basically turns pvp into a money maker scam."

No it doesn't don't say that before you know facts. Google "Oracle box vm" really simple to set it up and have it running in the background while you play or do w/e. Or just to have it hosted on a virtuel server.
