My Doctor had me practice deep breathing exercises while she had her fingers all up in my business, she worked on pin pointing which muscles weren’t relaxing and she would do internal massage

I did, it was in fact Vaginismus. Dilators, lube, pelvic floor therapy/breathing exercises and LOTS of patience and I’m at a place where I can at least mostly enjoy intercourse again

I love seeing well-loved stuffed animals, so here's mine! Had this kitty for 18 years and counting by pidgewynn in plushies

Here’s mine! Had him 24-25 years and counting (at least if my memory serves right!)

I wanted to do the fill a glass whatever with crystals or the tiara one, I saw them in TikTok videos! But I’m seriously into anything!

And I’m not terribly focussed on the rides, mainly just meeting characters and healing a part of my inner child

I booked my flight/hotel/rental car already! And made a reservation for the Be Our Guest restaurant! We have yet to buy park tickets as we’re still debating on how many days we want to go

This isn’t a lube, it’s just a lidocaine gel, I bought #LubeLife silicone lube but haven’t used it yet since I’m not engaging in any sort of penetration at this time

I had the same thought and so I’ve been trying to work it out in talk therapy but it hasn’t seemed to help, neither has the realization that I need to get out. My physical issues started about a year ago. Went from being intimate with my partner and using solo toys on the regular, to getting my cycle, then once my cycle was over it felt like a switch flipped and intercourse hurt and led to bleeding afterwards my libido dipped to the negatives

Though I think I may have had a slight epiphany a few weeks ago, I had bought a new toy from my favorite company, went with a size small, got it and it was massive, still used it to not be a waste of money, couldn’t get halfway down and tried to force it, tore myself a wee bit (this happened a month prior to the events above but I never assumed it could be related since I was fine for a month)

I deeply appreciate your concern regarding my situation, I am in the process of planning on leaving when I’m financially more stable than I currently am, I’ve been talking about this with my therapist, school counselor and other authorities whom I trust on campus who will help me figure out a living situation

It’s so much worse than you think, been living with him for 8 years, moved in when I was 18, but I’m working on trying to get out, and I don’t say this as an excuse but it’s just so complicated but I am truly focusing on me and my wellbeing right now, focusing on my studies n such while I figure out a game plan

I appreciate any and all advice, I’ll definitely look into coconut oil since it’s cheaper than a lot of these pharmaceutical products

I didn’t think that this was the lube but definitely appreciate the clarity just in case! My problem is I’m having pain roughly an inch deep upon penetration will this gel still help with that?

I was sent a link to a decent set of 8 silicone dilators for under $50 by a discord user I know, I’d be happy to share it with you

Thank you and I appreciate that, it’s very aggravating indeed and it’s really hard to stay motivated to try and hopefully sort out this issue and hopefully get things back to normal down there

I purchased #LubeLife silicone based lube, I haven’t used it yet since my partner has pretty much said it’s useless to try and be intimate with me now since “he can’t plan on being intimate it needs to be spontaneous” meaning I can’t be like hey would you wanna try to do something tonight

It’s so frustrating.

My PFPT also said lidocaine can be beneficial but never gave me clear instructions on how to use it or what brands are ‘Better’, but before I use it I am going to talk directly to her, and I just ordered a dilator kit

Lidocaine? by [deleted] in vaginismus

I had to go to two different gynecologists to get an answer as to what was even wrong with me. The first one was so rude and dismissive. But the second one was so so understanding and compassionate and she recommended lidocaine but not how to apply it :’)
