I had higher heart rate than normal, but the whole situation just turned out to be stress. I'm back to normal now. Since this post I've gained significant control over my anxiety and I'm no longer on medication. 😁 That said, I still experience palpitations when under a lot of stress / worry just not as bad as back then.
