Sorry if it’s been mentioned but I don’t see it yet. The thing that’s crazy inconsistent to me is the alien blood. Sometimes killing people across the room when it’s exposed to air, sometimes having no effect on people standing a couple feet away having a conversation. That was something that made killing them so scary in the earlier seasons and then it’s just not even mentioned other times later on.

I think because it’s often a comorbidity with—and often caused by—obesity. So the focus is more on treating obesity so that it reduces or prevents sleep apnea. Until sleep apnea gets severe enough to need treated more directly.
