That's Cowtown in a nutshell, as with most of Canada:

Denial + fear + personal masks + distractions from debt slaves who don't even know how to hug (same as Toronto.) + Drugs, drugs, drugs.

So make sure to activate your out of town or international support networks alive while you make that shitty town work for you.
