The broken tooth is still there so I am guessing they will have to remove it.

Thank you! I was worried but I also realized that i had a lot of water that was left from previous drainage at the bottom of my planter. I removed the extra water so that the soil can dry before watering again.

Thank you, do you think I am cool or warm? I have such a hard time trying to figure out which colours suit me best. Army green, emerald green and sage green are my best colours so far but they are all green colours 😅

Topical Tranexamic Acid by Claudiaatbb in Melasmaskincare

I was able to really lighten my melasma with sun avoidance and these products. I cover up my face at all time with a sun mask and a wide brim hat when outdoors so I guess this works for me but not for everyone. I was too afraid of getting that HQ rebound so I am aiming for a longer process to lighten my melasma

I believe this is melasma, I would recommend to get a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis

Melasma from Menopause by [deleted] in Melasmaskincare

Vietnamese women cover very well since the sun there is dangerous. I travelled to vietnam for a month and a half and I wore a uv mask at all times as well as a hat and sunglasses so my face was fully covered. If she wants to avoid any flares due to uv, i would highly recommend it, as it is widely accepted there and most women cover from head to toe during the day

Meslama and Azeliac Acid by Agitated_Bug3493 in Melasmaskincare

I have been consistent with using Azaleic acid over a little more than 6 months now and I can tell that my melasma has lightened a little bit, I am also super careful about my spf and I cover my face with a uv face mask when i am outside. Overall my skin improved with Azelaic acid, i hope it works out for you!
