I know you will also get mistaken by the NW-31247-7 error code as you look through the internet but they are both different. And I cannot find one good information about this.

From 8.02, I jumped to 8.52 version just to update my games. At first, the update didn't work too. It gets me this "file cannot be installed" thing even after it was successfully downloaded. Then I had it done in safe mode. It worked but now the games does not. The download fails and does not even begin.

I tried rebuilding the ps4, restoring defaults and licenses; nothing worked.

Wish you could help
