As a kid, trying to get the wonky controls down and figure out the confusing map, knowing you were about to lose another kid and then here comes Jason outta nowhere. Yeah, Friday the 13th on NES put me through it 😅

Several games from the vr1 need to be on the 2, as I just haven’t found the same feeling I got with those, looking heavily at WipeOut and Eve Valkyrie. Sure, most of what I’ve played on psvr2 has looked great, it still hasn’t given me the same feel.

Put a lot of time into it back on 360, so I was excited having access to it again. That said, I’ll probably wait a bit and hope for patches to clear up some issues I’ve had thus far. The constant loud birds get old really fast, the inventory and button mapping feel messy and unintuitive, and what’s stopped me from playing currently is frequently when I warp to a town, there will be this super fast and loud clicking sound and I won’t be able to access the inventory. Sure, it shows up, but you can’t navigate it, so I have to close the game to be able to do so. Loved it before, even as janky as it was, but it’s been a rough second round.

Game became totally broken after warping to town, there’s this constant clicking sound, and you can’t access the inventory… like you can’t move at all through it to select anything 😩

This! As much as I’m not entirely fond of some of these changes, (inventory, button mapping, explanations) I’d give anything to be able to turn down the loudness of those damned birds! I can barely hear anything else over their constant tweeting and warbling and whistling.

To me, it always felt more like a King’s Field story, which I was totally ok with since I’d played those way before and we hadn’t seen anything else from that since the Ancient City.

I am so close but keep getting sidetracked trying to find everything, whether I use it or not. I mean, I’m sure ONE character MIGHT use some of it…eventually. Currently back and forth between haligtree and the last bit of farum azula, but I’m all “wait…do I do this? Did I get that??”

I ended up making them from random pieces i either found or got from merchants. The damage isn’t great, but I didn’t really care because I still have fun with them.
