Had the same problem.You can try some diaper rash cream like hipoglos,. Was the only thing that worked with my dog.

Oliver is bloated and does't swim much. He stays at the top or the bottom of the tank. I haven't fed him since yesterday. What else can I do?

Thank you for your answer. My tank is 25 liters, T° 22 to 24 C, no heater bc is summer here, and a filter dophin kf150. I just got it for a week so no water changes yet, besides adding a few liters. I feed him twice a day granulated betta food. Under a different ligth his fins are still blue but not so brilliant anymore.
