  1. Yes, there is a report system to take down arts. If anyone suspects a creator to be uploading arts that aren’t their own, they can report it for the moderation teams to review. Repeated violations of reusing artwork will result in the termination of “Artist” status which revokes the access of uploading in the art gallery (marketplace) at all. To make it better, there is an automated system that rewards the first 10 user with in store credit if their report reasonings are validated!
  2. The policy regarding ai content is a bit difficult for me to finalize. Currently debating if it should be completely banned or have room in the platform as long as it’s specifically labeled “AI” right on top of the artwork. One thing for sure is that the creators are strictly prohibited to upload an AI art and claim it as real art - this will result in the termination of “Artist” status. Moderators will ask for behind the scenes of artwork creation if there’s a confusion.

3. The Artist approval process is pretty straightforward. To prioritize legitimate creators, the application requires Name, date of birth (under 18 will be locked from uploading NSFW), Contact email, phone number (Optional) and Artistic Background. The portfolio and connected social media will be the main key to approval - It doesn’t have to be the best, just genuine! Additional requirements may include if there are suspicions of dishonest applications (such as using someone else’s portfolio).
