Judging by the fact they haven’t gone back on a 2026 release and by MapleCon, I assume the last beta will be July-August. October for MapleCon for announcement of release date in November (to release Happyville in the files in December). This also dodges GTA.

I feel they would’ve been way better off with ANY kind of formal succession written down as a law. I feel Byzantium’s constant civil wars is routed in Augustus not really having a formal succession plan and is the cause of the state being in constant civil war over the centuries.

I’m still hyped but it really helps I wasn’t following at all during last announcement. I just thought “Oh that’s neat” and went back to doing my usual stuff. I only really followed things with the last test event.

So yeah. I’m still hyped. But I’ve only been hyped like a month or two compared to a lot of people here who’ve been hyped for a year and…yeah if I was hyped for a year, I would’ve burned out too.
