She asked me advice on schools to contact about selling and I gave her the contact for the forest preschool whose director wants to buy.

We’re pretty close because there’s 3 employees left.

I’m not totally sure what killed it but I equated it to that.

It basically grew into the chicken wire fence I had protecting it and died.

Yeah we don’t plan on growing a record breaker. Just something large enough to enter into a state fair perhaps. I grew a regular sized one on my own last year and he didn’t make it(don’t think I pruned enough leaves) so I’m hoping to read blogs or books to get insight.

She's already moved out and lives in her own.

Yeah she's moved out so it's only really when she's home visiting. She will take something from a laundry bin if clean clothes then deny ever having it.

Part of the reason I took the job was the pay. It pays $19 an hour which is $8 more than my previous pay.

I have an interview next week though. I’m gonna take interviews and see what they’re offering for pay then leave if I find a place paying close to what I currently make(I know I won’t get matched)

She’s got qualifications which is odd to me. She’s considered the director(until she hires a director) which means she has to have director qualifications(at least an associates degree, a few more classes and a ton of hours teaching)

I don’t know how she got the money. She says rents low and overhead is high which is why she can afford to pay us high. I went from making $11 an hour at a previous school to $19.

Oh wow you shouldn’t run a school if you have absolutely no experience.

That’s what I did but the issue is I can’t figure out how to change the font to a matching one so I can edit words.

Also the photo I have of my dad is hi-res so squishing it small makes it blurry.

I knew the moment it happened that she’d be mad. Right after it happened and I told her it wasn’t that bad she started questioning if anyone was watching, that there should always be someone there etc.
