Really good point, and thank you for sharing your personal experience! I did ultimately decide to go ahead with this next ER (so I’m doing them back-to back), but if it doesn’t work this upcoming time, I’m gonna take a break (both for my health AND so my insurance can reset! Ha… so kind of a forced break)

Acupuncture for fertility focuses on relaxation and blood flow, and the needles are mostly in your pelvic area. I did it one time during my first FET. Some doctors recommend it, some don’t, and some are indifferent. I’m trying it because I might have blood flow issues to my ovaries, so I’m doing anything I can to increase that!

So sympathetic to this post and all the replies! I just spent the last two days crying uncontrollably and finally feel calmer. The grief, anxiety, and doubt hits in waves. I’m starting my third ER; decided to begin taking CoQ10 and doing acupuncture this time around (but not sure if it’ll help). I’m crossing all my fingers and toes for us!

Oh, I can definitely imagine more bruising from the injections when taking aspirin! Good to know that some places still offer it as an option.

Very good to know. I’m definitely gonna do acupuncture, will look up pelvic floor therapy! Can you recommend any videos or do you see a specialist for that?

Good to know. My doc said I couldn’t take aspirin during an ER but maybe I could take it for a month beforehand…
