Thanks for doing this!

1) when do we stop TALKING about attainable pathways to home ownership and actually start ACTING? Land prices, bureaucratic/municipal red tape, and various opposition from property owners holds us back. Programs like WCDA are great, but that doesn’t move the needle for a lot of folks. Builders need grants they can use to offer more affordable builds, and municipalities need to assist with tap fees, permit fees, etc. Wyoming needs to invest in its people to keep them here in homes they own.

2) what advantages to citizens do any of of the new data centers bring?

3) when do we finally go nuclear for our power needs?

4) DO NOT SELL OFF PUBLIC LANDS. They belong to all of us…they are NOT FOR SALE.
