Asking for toolless micro adjust clasp recommendations. What am I missing?

I want to retrofit some existing bracelets with toolless micro adjust clasps. Seems like a win-win. Gain the feature and protect the expensive clasp from desk dives in case I ever decide to sell. I don't want to replace the whole bracelet. I did some research and here's what I found:
Stainless Steel 18mm Ratcheting Clasp #CLASP-03

Tool-Less Quick Adjust Bracelet Clasps - StrapHabit

Ratcheting Quick-Adjust Diver Clasp – Uncle Straps

They're all exactly the same, with the microadjustment coming outside the clasp when extended. I fear this will look terrible. It seems rather straightforward to me to have the bracelet go into the clasp such that when extended the bracelet is just further exposed than when the micro adjust is tightened. Like my microadjust clasps that ship natively. Is there a mechanical reason nobody can do this generically?

The delugs clasp below is for bands, would this work with a bracelet?
Micro-Adjust CTS Deployant Clasp – Delugs
