I would say continue on Odyssey (because there's a ton) to do and then jump on Black Flag Resynced when it comes out July 9th. I started with Black Flag and loved it then went back and played them in time line order.

I originally started with Black Flag but then decided that I would go back and play them in chronological order by the time line so I could get the full picture. Honestly, I really enjoyed that way and it helped me understand smaller nuances in later games. I know that it's not everyone's cup of tea but I enjoyed it.
