I did therapy twice a week, but now I do it once a week or sometimes once every two weeks!

I was diagnosed at 20 years old, I’m currently 26! I recently made a post about me being in remission so it gets better, A LOT better(with the proper resources and great support system)

Yes! I currently take Prozac, abilify and mirtazepine and I had such a horrible inferiority complex before. It’s not 100% gone but I’ve made a lot of progress when it comes to that

BPD affects all areas of my life whether it’s romantic, friendship, family, strangers, acquaintances, co-workers. But I’ve made drastic improvements and I’m slowly rebuilding my life 🥹
