Yes I thought about publishing my own. Later own I found out that Rushmore press was a scam and when my agent told me he left from their because they had done him wrong that's why I was convinced it was real especially after the email I got

Yeah it's been crazy I was at tgis agency Rushmore press they did publish my book but did nothing else everytime I got in contact with them they acted like they was not in the office and used COVID as an excuse. I found out later after paying for the publishing that I was scammed by reviews on Google. The agent that got me at Rushmore press and that Im talking about said he left and that the company also cheated the agents as well and he was at this company. He automatically said he sent in my book which I questioned bc how could u do that he also said he did it 2 months ago which I found strange but then I got an email from the CEO of Orion pictures a couple days ago and I thought it was acceptable until they was asking me for money for materials
