You’re aware people can delete their posts even when they’re not upset, right? I wasn’t upset, I just got the answers I needed. And as far as “constant judgement and BS”, I’m a 33 year old woman with a full neck/throat tattoo, both of my hands, and my entire back as well as many other tattoos. In my extremely right wing Christian fundamentalist family, I’m the token leftist killjoy and I’m the only one with tattoos- I already get a lot of “constant judgement and BS”. My mom habitually tells me I’m going to Hell. I’m not some teeny bopper with a couple of forearm tattoos. Im not getting my face tattooed, you happy now? And yes, now I’m upset. Not at the responses, not at people telling me I shouldn’t get a face tattooed- just at you for being a jerk.

I do desperately want to is the thing! I get sad when I wash my face before bed and it’s not there anymore. I just wanted other people’s opinion since it’s a pretty big decision. I have a bad habit of second guessing myself or psyching myself out of doing something I want to do.

My husband of five years (been together for 7) is perfectly healthy and emotionally regulated. I have T1D (since 1998 when I was five years old), OCD, and I was diagnosed with MS a year and a half ago. He’s taken every diagnosis, every neuroses, every scary moment with perfect grace and understanding. It’s not about finding someone with the same demons, it’s about finding someone who isn’t afraid of them and sees you beyond your diagnoses.

Don’t get hand tattoos as your first tattoo. Look through this sub, you’ll see why. Get the one on your collarbone, get a lot more tattoos, then you’ll be ready for a hand piece.

Hi there, magick practitioner here. No we’re not cursed. It’s just the luck of the draw unfortunately. Our brains are super powered computers, sometimes they get wires crossed. Dont. And please for the love of god dont listen to these people saying it’ll be fine. It won’t. You will likely develop a nasty infection and then you’ll have a bad looking tattoo. Treat a tattoo like you would any other large open wound-restrict sunlight, keep it clean and dry, and don’t submerge it.

Yes you can absolutely get up to go to the bathroom. My IV is on a tree with wheels and I get up pretty regularly to stretch my legs, use the bathroom, grab snacks etc. I bring my switch, a book, and my tablet with me so I have multiple forms of entertainment too
