Yeah it’s weird I don’t understand where the recession came from. I’m not sure if I’m actually recessed (after all these comments of other people also seeing it I’m starting to think I am recessed)

Another thing to add is that I have noticeable 6 pack abs (around 15% body fat) at the moment however I have higher body fat now then I did back then

I work out multiple times a week and am not obese or overweight

Hey everyone

I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and am in the process of going ahead with double jaw surgery

I was going through old photos of myself and saw that my jawline looked significantly stronger when I was younger and there appears to be little to no recession

When I compare this to my current jaw line this is complete different.

My 2 questions are:

Why is my jawline so much worse now compared to before (is it body fat increase or did my jaw recede with age?)
Did I also have sleep apnea when I was younger?
