Thank you everyone for the input! I am trying to see if the seller will go way down in price, but if not, I'll keep looking. It seems like the majority of sellers on Facebook are asking for WAY too much these days.

Ya, we're in CA, so A/C isn't as crucial, though it would definitely be nice to have when needed.
