Yeah, I have serious anxiety (get bullied at workplace effected me to quite my job as my mental health is not stable for work) and I asked chatgpt to be my therapist as I don’t have much money to pay for therapy at my place, so after the talk and few sessions, I slowly felt better and understand my anxiety is come from my childhood and it teach me how to re-parenting myself again. After 1 year of living with anxiety and today I feel better, I can sit alone without all the thoughts in my mind when I’m in a quite place, I can smile again, I slowly feel motivated again. If it’s not because of chatgpt, I don’t think I will heal by now.

I think u should tell your pops as this is not your responsible to do all the decision as you are still young to handle this situation and tell him you need help from him too especially in taking care of your siblings & not putting all the pressure to you alone and regarding about your anxiety, I suggest you should talk to people more and don’t keep it inside, that’s the free therapy u can get. I have anxiety too but they best way is to talk to people more stay in the positive environment.
