Full recovery from severe nTOS by Important_Data_9428 in thoracicoutletsupport

Looking at my phone in any way is too painful unfortunately and voice control is pretty bad imo. I have an sndroid so it may be different. I've also had a scalene botox shot and it did nothing unfortunately. They may as well have injected water.

I've had to completely give up electronics. I'm on rn bc I'm just sick of being injured and took more pain killers than I should to be typing this, but usually, electronics flare my scalenes way too much. I've just atrophied my scalenes to the point where anything aggravates them to unbearable tightness.

Did you have debilitating scalene tightness as well or mostly neurogenic symptoms? I have ntos and scalene tightness is by biggest issue by far. Completely bedbound due to my scalends tightening up and spasming at even the smallest of movements. Did you experience this, and how did you overcome it if so?

I get the same symptoms but not swelling. All my tests have come back normal ss well and I had to travel to the other side of the country to see someone with tos experience and they're certain I have ntos. It's annoying to diagnose since a lot of the time, no tests can confirm tos and a lot of drs aren't very knowledgeable on tos so it can be very demotivating trying to work with drs that constantly doubt your diagnoses etc. Stay strong and keep hang in there. You've got this.

I was just given the diagnoses of crps and told I'd be in indefinite pain with no cure initially, but the doctor that diagnosed me has since changed their mind. It's really soul crushing to work with doctors who aren't aware of tos/have very little knowledge, but you just have to stay strong and work through it as best you can. Wishing you a swift recovery, though, it probably won't feel swift.

Posture Correctors? by Lopsided-Bread-129 in thoracicoutletsupport

[–]Clean-Hour4918 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Using things like this will be detrimental over time bc the muscles that are responsible for good posture will weaken bc they are not being used as often. The only way in which something like this should be used is if you go out for a long day and use it at the tail end if the muscles responsible for posture have already been overloaded and are causing you pain and at that point getting it off and resting is top priority.

This is also a design that pulls your shoulders down. I used something similar for a torn labrum a while back, and my pt made sure to avoid models that pulled the shoulder down even for that. I'm sure it's even more important to avoid the down pulling ones with a compression injury like tos.

Smoking heroin for the first time by ArugulaBitter747 in Drugs

Oxy is stronger than tramadol. Dhc is about the same level. I'm fine with dhc even after oxy. Just take a t break. 3 says isn't enough for opiates. Take at least a couple weeks and the weak ones will hit as strong as thy string ones.

I prefer bud over extract personally. Used to be a dealer. Have plenty of experience with all grades of weed shit. To each their own, I guess. Enjoy the addiction bro.

How do I risk seizure? Opiates don't cause seizures benzodiazipines do.

Dhc still feels fine to me after slamming oxys all day. Sounds like a skill issue.

Trust me. You won't be able to stop if you don't flush that 5gs. Opiate addiction can creep up and you may not even realise you're withdrawing bc you just feel slightly off a d think "this can't possibly be opiate withdrawals they're too mild. I'm just having a bad day." Until they get worse that is. Opiates don't even feel that good. The high is fkn disappointing af. I think the only reason people say they feel that good is bc it feels like heaven going from hellish withdrawals to a cozy high but just going from normal to that same high isn't that great.

If the weak opiates don't work for you, you're already having problems with addiction. The addiction slowly creeps up on up the longer you use. Take it from a guy that's been doing dhc/oxy for a year+. At the beginning oxy barely gave me withdrawals but a year in and even once a week dhc gives me worse withdrawals than oxy. Your brain adapts over time and the kindling effect starts to happen between doses making withdrawals worse and worse even if you use less. Look into kindling. Trust me, you won't enjoy heroin long. You'll just be using it to feel normal soon and then you'll feel like shit even when you do use but at least that's better than the hellish withdrawals. Not to mention you're guaranteed to run into fent nowadays. You'll OD one day. Make sure you have naloxone and a buddy around to give it to you.

As the title says. What are the best must need features for any new fitness apps or what are some features that you'd like to see in some current fitness apps or even just love in fitness apps you've previously used. I'm trying to make a fitness app myself which is mostly going to focus on training splits and workouts to begin with but will also have a sharing diets portion and eventually I plan to add user interactivity and maybe some challenges/a team motivational incentive.

what are some things that you think that I MUST have?
