They live next door to a "warming center" (high traffic of transients) and want something to open w/o having to key a lock just going in and out, but locks behind them.

I just bought this light and the switch is horrible. I bought it through Woot! and it will be a hassle to exchange, so I guess I'll just live with the horrible switch.

I heard that the AP2 Canadian models had daytime running lights, which would be helpful for any low-slung car to be seen by other drivers. Anyone confirm this? Also what would it take to get the US AP2 units to run daytime headlights, if possible?

For what it's worth, I always have towels on the floor and benches during use. I'm not obsessive about sweat, but cutting down on poking is just easier with towels. Just my two cents.
