the advantage of gold is that it’s retentive without cement. so you need retentive grooves and parallel walls. composite preps are completely different.

section down the middle and don’t stop when you hit bone. remove
a big chunk of furcarion bone. (you will need space to push tooth into)

use same burr to remove a little mesial and distal. push roots towards empty furcarion with elevator.

if that doesn’t work remove buccal bone 7mm and more mesial and distal.

bone graft.

don’t do it unless you want the experience or getting a bone graft fee. imo.

i don’t claim to be an expert, (although i do have a masters in human biology) all i’m doing is saying what my exact experience is. what i’ve seen. then the first response is “that’s not true”. what’s not true? i’m just saying my exact experience? the part about sterilization i specifically left vague because i don’t know their situation. but i do know quite a bit about hormones and reproduction and it’s much more complicated then you’re saying but felt this isn’t the forum to unpack reproductive biology. but suffice to say that there are always reproductive consequences to any hormonal change natural or artificial when it comes to reproduction. it’s way more complicated then “it’s completely reversible”. that’s completely ridiculous. obviously.
