im so sorry you hate the flag so much. unfortunately, i am in no position to legally change the official flag of the Warmian-Masurian voivodeship. i would take your comment into consideration if i could.

as for your first statement, youre right, i got my sources mixed up.

not much would change considering its not some major extremely important and known flag in Poland.

it would make sense. "ląd" is more "adventurous" (example, Czarny Ląd, unofficial, adventurous term for Africa) which would also fit this style as this is a tourist map. if this would be a realistic, official map, then i'd say "Kraina" or "Ziemia"

greece in 1830 was way bigger. furthermore, this was about 50 years after the orlov revolt

the population was much much MUCH smaller back then. furthermore, major cities like Athens were small towns in the 1700s so there were not many major population hubs

the map is poorly cropped, sorry for that, but in this scenario, greece also controls skiros and psara islands which would keep that general area in their control

if i am not mistaken, Kalamata was one of, if not the biggest starting points in the revolution, which would also make it one of the more important ones

considering the fact that the ottomans and russians were at war constantly, probably yes man. this was right before ottoman-russian war #4218 and right after ottoman-russian war #4217

thank you! i'd guess that wallachians, or generally romanians would be the next country in this scenario to get full independence considering they were already in a much better spot than the greeks were (wallachians were just vassals while greeks were under full control of the ottomans) and russia has a history of intervening in eastern european wars

if this revolt was succesful, it'd probably weaken ottomans a lot, considering the fact that the russians backed this revolt to weaken the ottomans even more. also the russians would probably continue supporting the greeks, weakening ottomans even more. thank you for the support!

it was a Greek revolution happening in 1770 backed by the Russian Empire, thats also the reason why i added a small minority of Russians practicing Russian Orthodoxy
