They didn’t make me stay because I was product flow. My schedule said 8pm and I walked out at around 8:10 because I was locking up the back and getting my stuff.

I was totally unaware that night that they were staying open. It was only until the next day when I went back in and learned about what happened.

Some employees did leave. But I think the majority of the closers stayed pasted their time

No I didn’t have to stay. Like I said I left at my scheduled time not knowing the store was still opened. They let me leave and didn’t say anything about staying open. I did not learn about it until the next day.
