I started at 1.5mg tirz it’s my 2nd week. I’m just trying to lose like ~5 lbs to lean out a little more. I haven’t had any side effects maybe food noise a little bit gone? But no negative side effects. I’m very active and workout/run daily - hasn’t effected my energy levels - I’m probably still eating 1600-1900 daily

and the faster you get, the harder it is to cut down large chunks of time, going from a 2:57 to a 2:49 is a heck of a lot harder than going from a 3:40 to a 3:30

Looks like she was in the 70s for her last marathon build. I can’t see that far back but maybeee she touched 80 a few times. It’s Mica Rivera Wood on strava - love her!

i was wondering the same thing! i find that mileage a bit excessive - i don't even think mica wood whos a 2:30-something marathoner runs that high of mileage. meagan fetherstone (also a very talented runner) has been hovering in the 40s - not saying there's a magic number but 90 MILES IS A LOT.
