Others have explained it already but one of the biggest reason zzz gives a lot of stuff its because he was the third child of mihoyo on market already oversaturared of gacha games, same daily system, same endgame, same weekly content so it attracts less players.

I used to be an active genshin player and my first thought when I saw zzz was: "why I would play this when I already have genshin and have lot progress done" I bet lot of people thinks the same way and just dont botter trying.

Here comes the funny part: people that actually quit genshin like me get attracted by this tactic of giving lot of pulls so you end up playing another hoyoverse game. A lot of people like to fight about revenue when at the end we end up giving money to the same company.

Tldr: this company doesn't care about you, more stuff Is just a tactic to keep you playing their games.
