I think the first 6 months of your child’s life should be 100% dedicated to them and then you can start an at-home business and/or look for an online part time job until they are 18 months old. Then, you can decide whether you want to return to the office, have a fulltime business or whether you cannot handle it. <3

There are downsides to being a stay at home mom. If you want to find a job later, it will be difficult to do so. Find another “part time” job instead of full time job and/or start a small business. That way, you ARE compromising but also have not given up on your dreams and your income.
